Among them, the correct choice of cleaning method is crucial, and improper method will damage the machine.
So how do you clean the tank of the excavator?
1. First drain the coolant in the radiator and engine body, then close the drain plug, and add tap water and detergent to the radiator.
2. Start the engine and run at a speed slightly higher than the low speed idling. When the thermometer pointer reaches the green area, continue to run the engine for about ten minutes.
3. Turn off the engine and open the drain plug, rinse the cooling system with tap water until the discharged water is clean.
In addition, it should be noted that for the equipment where the water temperature is too high to cause the boiling phenomenon, after the completion of the water tank cleaning, the equipment still has a high water temperature phenomenon, which can also be investigated from the following aspects:
1. Re-check the filter on the side of the radiator of the excavator. Due to the different working environment of the excavator, there may be dust or catkins adsorbed on the filter of the radiator, resulting in an increase in the water temperature of the excavator and the phenomenon of boiling.
2. Check whether the air conditioner of the excavator is started. If the air conditioner is started, it is recommended to check whether the excavator is still boiling at high temperature after shutting down the air conditioner. If the excavator can work normally after the air conditioning is turned off, the reason for the failure of the equipment is still high temperature after cleaning the water tank is that the air conditioning sensor is damaged.
3. Check whether the excavator hydraulic oil temperature is high? If the oil temperature is high, it may also cause the excavator to open the pot with high water temperature.
Maintenance method of excavator water tank: First of all, the construction machinery maintenance master found that the capacity of cooling water is sufficient, and the cooling fan transmission belt is normal, and then the excavator maintenance master removed the thermostat after the water temperature meter still appeared high temperature phenomenon, so the continued inspection results found that the impeller of the cooling pump had serious wear, so a new pump was replaced, but the fault was still not ruled out. So the excavator maintenance master began to carefully exclude every detail, and found that the circulating water pipe of the engine is also the same size as the caliber of the water pipe, but the caliber of the small circulating water pipe is relatively large, resulting in the cooling water of the engine is still in a small circulation state, and most of the water has not been dissipated to form a high temperature state. All caused the above high temperature phenomenon, after replacing the thermostat troubleshooting.
