Energy-saving excavators often encounter various working conditions in the work, danger is everywhere, work and production, safety first. Among them, steep slopes are the most common, so how to make the excavator work smoothly.
When climbing, pay attention to:
1. Observe the Angle of the slope to see if it is within the performance range of the excavator. If the slope is too large, try to maintain the balance of the machine, reduce the center of gravity of the body, extend the forearm to the head, and keep the bottom surface of the bucket and the slope at 90 degrees.
2. Remove larger stones, a stone block can also cause the track to slip.
When going downhill, note:
(1) Remove stones.
(2) Be sure to slow down, whether it is the size of the slope, be sure to let the excavator bucket land first.
Several common security accidents easily occur
1, downhill hand frame, is wrong, try not to hand frame. When the heavy excavator is working, the cab door should be locked when closed and locked when opened.
2, when walking high arm, it is dangerous, because the working device is high, the center of gravity is high, the ground is slightly uneven, it will overturn, be sure to look at the road on the foot.
3, driving on the soft ground, to avoid the excavator being trapped, try using the bucket first, do not stay in the same place for a long time, go more in a straight line, less detours.
4. Pay attention to blind areas and enhance safety awareness. When not driving in an empty field, the excavator should keep to the left as far as possible, and the mini excavator should leave more space on the right side.
5, riding on the ditch operation, must be in place once, if you must re-dig, at most can only open half the track distance, the driver must have independent thinking and safety awareness.
6, the pipeline needs special attention, digging the pipeline is very dangerous. Pipelines are also buried by hydraulic excavators, generally there will be sand buried, of course, some pipelines are on the ground, do not touch, to maintain a safe distance, to avoid damage to the oil cylinder, electric injury.
