When the oil enters the water, if not treated in time, it will lead to serious consequences. For example, engine crankshafts, connecting rods and other important components are deformed, causing the engine to wobble and, more seriously, scrap the engine. So how do we judge oil in water? How do we find out why the oil is in the water? Small excavator oil water situation we come to understand.
Small excavator oil entering the water will cause the engine crankshaft, connecting rod and other important components deformation, resulting in engine swing, small energy-saving excavator oil will lead to parts rupture and engine scrap. What caused the engine to enter the water?
Mini excavator
1. Oil radiator is damaged
If the radiator tube is damaged, the water outside the radiator will seep into the oil radiator, causing the oil to enter the water.
2. The engine is blocked by water
Due to the corrosion of the scale, the water will rust, and the cooling water will enter the water tank from the waterway. This is a common cause, so check the water barrier frequently.
3. The cylinder liner seal is damaged
Cylinder seal damage is a common cause of oil intake, so it is important to check that the cylinder seal is intact when troubleshooting.
4. Cylinder head gasket is damaged
If the cylinder head gasket is damaged, the water circulation speed is fast, and the water in the water channel will flow into the oil circuit, causing the oil to enter the water. Damage to cylinder gaskets is also a common cause of oil ingestion.
5. Cylinder liner cracks
When the cooling water is in contact with the working cylinder liner, it is easy to produce cracks. Once the crack occurs, the cooling water will enter the cylinder directly and through the cylinder wall into the oil pan, which will make the oil white and the oil will turn white. It can cause problems such as poor engine combustion and white smoke. Under normal circumstances, the cylinder liner is not easy to break, but in some cases, for example, the winter cooling water is not filled with antifreeze and causes ice, which can cause cracks in the cylinder liner.
