Work in muddy water and on soft ground
(1) If the river bed is flat and the water flow speed is slow, the operating depth in the water should be below the center line of the sprocket.
If the condition of the river bed is poor and the water flow speed is fast, it is necessary to pay attention to not making water or sand invade the slewing support mechanism, slewing pinion, central slewing joint, etc. If water or sand invade the rotary bearing, the rotary pinion ring and the central rotary joint, new butter or rotary bearing should be replaced immediately, and the operation should be suspended and repaired in time.
(2) When working on the soft ground, the ground may fall bit by bit, and you should always pay attention to the lower part of the body when working.
(3) When working on soft ground, be careful not to exceed the sinking depth of the machine
(4) When the single-side track falls into mud, the boom, bucket rod and bucket can be used to lift the track, and then the board or log is padded to allow the machine to drive out. If necessary, put a board under the bucket. When using the working device to lift the machine, the Angle between the boom and the bucket rod should be 90°-110°, and the bottom of the bucket should always be in contact with the muddy floor.
(5) When both sides of the track are trapped in mud, the board should be placed according to the above method, the bucket is wrong into the ground (the bucket teeth of the bucket are inserted into the ground), and then pull back the bucket rod, while the walking lever is placed in the forward position to pull out the excavator.
(6) If the machine is trapped in mud and water, and can not rely on their own strength to get out, the application of sufficient strength of the steel wire rope firmly tied to the walking frame of the body, in the steel wire rope and walking frame between the thick wood, so as not to damage the steel wire rope and the body, and then use another machine to drag upward. The hole on the walking frame is used to pull lighter objects, and must not be used to pull heavy objects, otherwise the hole will break and cause danger.
(7) When working in mud water, if the working device connection pin is immersed in water, butter should be added after each completion. For heavy duty jobs or deep digging jobs, butter the working device connection pins before each job. After each butter addition, operate the boom, rod and bucket several times and then add more butter until the old butter is squeezed out.
